RV Depot is looking for a Parts & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Cleburne. This is an important role supporting our service department and customers by making sure the right parts are ordered, received, organized, billed, and available when needed . You do not need previous RV parts experience to be successful in this position. If you've worked in automotive parts, warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, purchasing, equipment parts, retail inventory, or a similar environment , your experience may transfer very well to this job. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working with computers and numbers, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and under control. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts and shipments Stock parts and maintain an organized parts department Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered Research and order parts from vendors Track outstanding orders and follow up on backordered or delayed items Match invoices, purchase orders, and received parts for accuracy Bill and document parts accurately in our system Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory counts Locate parts for technicians, service personnel, and customers Help identify the correct part for a particular RV, repair, or application Communicate with vendors, technicians, service advisors, and customers Keep shelves, bins, and the parts area clean and organized Assist with returns, warranty/core items, and other parts-related paperwork Learn RV parts, components, and systems as you grow into the position The Person We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you have experience as a: Automotive Parts Specialist / Parts Counterperson Warehouse Associate Inventory Control Clerk Shipping & Receiving Clerk Purchasing or Procurement Assistant Material Handler Equipment Parts Clerk Dealership Parts Clerk Stockroom or Inventory Associate Retail Inventory Specialist We are also interested in people who have worked around automotive, trucks, trailers, construction equipment, appliances, plumbing, electrical, or other mechanical products . What Matters Most We're looking for someone who: Is highly organized and pays attention to details Can keep track of multiple orders and priorities Is comfortable using a computer and learning new software Has good basic math and record-keeping skills Can communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers Takes ownership of their work and follows through Can work independently without needing constant supervision Enjoys solving problems and figuring out what is needed Is willing to learn the RV industry and our parts systems Can safely lift, move, and organize parts and boxes as needed RV knowledge is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach the right person the RV-specific products and parts. What is much harder to teach is organization, accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Why RV Depot? Our goal is to make the RV experience easier for our customers and to provide our service team with the parts and support they need to get the job done. This is a hands-on position where you will become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the dealership. Compensation $17-$23 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
