Job Description

Receiving Specialists are needed for a full-time, long-term job opportunity. As the Receiving Specialist develops new skills and subject matter knowledge, additional opportunities may be awarded. Pay is $17-19 Depending on
Experience General Information:
Full-time, 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities

Depends on existing skills and experience, with opportunities for advancement depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining area cleanliness and organization. Unload freight trucks Receive incoming product into inventory Perform basic inventory management functions, such as counting & sealing inventory, marking/sorting items for internal routing, and putting items away in final locations. Deliver items to routing destination inside company Investigate improperly marked incoming shipments to ensure proper internal handling Assisting other work areas as needed, or participate in shop improvement projects.
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience performing receiving, shipping, or inventory management functions in a professional setting. Able to safely perform physical work, including crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs Familiarity with pallet jack and forklift operation (certification not required on hire, but preferred).
