Job Description

QAE Logistics LLC is a multi-state business engaged in equipment storage and logistics management, with an open position for someone to handle daily inventory control.
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory control processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient materials handling and management. Utilize e-commerce platforms and software systems, such as SmartSheet or Oracle, to track and analyze inventory data. Collect/maintain accurate inventory records (stock levels, locations, and movements). Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to inventory management. Develop and maintain effective supplier management relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and software systems for warehouse inventory management. Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Ability to stand for 8 hours and work outdoors in various weather conditions is required. SmartSheet or Oracle inventory knowledge is highly desirable for this position.

Schedule:
