Busch Vacuum Solutions has an immediate direct hire opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist at our U.S. headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This is a full-time, fully onsite position working Monday through Friday. The Inventory Control Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of inventory transactions across warehouse operations. This position is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining item master data, processing inventory transactions, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and partnering with internal teams to support inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment.
Targeted Compensation:
The targeted compensation for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on the selected candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. Job Responsibilities Assist, as necessary, with training, floor coverage, service warehousing, and remote facility warehousing Execute daily inventory analysis; identify and resolve discrepancies Oversee stock item master data, ensuring accuracy in descriptions and stock numbers Locate miscategorized items to assist with order processing accuracy Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve order issues Generate and process cycle counts; research discrepancies and initiate recounts as needed Complete required departmental paperwork Support 5S and Lean initiatives to improve workflow and eliminate waste Investigate errors and identify root causes Maintain effective communication and coordination between departments Required Experience Minimum of 2 years of relevant inventory control experience: Required High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Proficiency with
