Full Job Description Inventory Specialist Location:
Bothell, WA Shift:
Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00
PM Pay:
$26-27/hr

Medical Insurance, 401(k), Sick Time Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Audit inventory locations and ensure physical inventory matches system records. Receive, organize, and replenish materials for Production and Technical Service. Assign and relocate inventory locations within the warehouse and inventory system. Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting. Work with multiple departments to ensure materials are available when needed. Monitor slow-moving inventory and assist with inventory improvement initiatives. Serve as a point of contact for vendor-managed inventory (VMI) suppliers. Qualifications 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, materials, or manufacturing experience. Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/MRP preferred). Strong inventory control, cycle counting, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement is a plus. IND-A1

$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
