Our De Pere, WI facility is hiring a full-time Driver•Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist who can monitor customers' inventory and make sure we swiftly fill their product needs. QUALIFICATIONS
21+ years of age 2+ years of experience driving in all weather conditions Valid driver's license (Class D Non-CDL), a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a van or box truck DOT medical card or an ability to obtain one High school degree or equivalent Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. following proper lifting techniques Ability to wear required PPE, stand/sit for extended periods, and work in various environments (office, manufacturing, retail, laboratory, etc.) Basic math skills and proficiency with tape measures Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, the ability to type 25+ wpm, and experience using an ERP While not required, we would prefer that our Driver•Vendor Managed Inventory Specialist have some experience in/knowledge about logistics, supply chain, and hydraulic systems/components. Experience using Epicor would also be a bonus!

WHAT TO EXPECT AS OUR DRIVER

MANAGED INVENTORY SPECIALIST
Typical work hours are 8:00 am•4:30 pm, Monday•Friday . Some overtime may be required. Travel is required to customers' locations, sometimes up to 1.5 hours drive one-way. This role blends driving, inventory pulling, data analysis, and customer service responsibilities (and additional tasks as assigned). Depending on the day, you could: Monitor customers' inventory stock levels and review biannual reports with key contacts Maintain accurate inventory records in our system Analyze data, identify trends, and speak with customers about their needs to proactively generate replenishment orders Safely drive products to customers' locations and provide professional, respectful customer service Provide on-site support as needed Generate reports for customers and management Swiftly identify and resolve supply chain issues, product delays, record discrepancies, unhappy customers, and more Collaborate with sales and business development teams to brainstorm new potential products and revenue growth strategies Perform hands-on receiving, pulling, stocking, and general warehouse activities Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
