Job Summary We are hiring a Laborer for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a field installation crew in the 85658 area. This hands-on role is a strong fit for dependable candidates who enjoy outdoor work, staying active, and contributing to a team that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently. As a Laborer, you will support the installation of plastic tubing used in field operations for internet services infrastructure. You will work closely with a supervisor, lead employee, and crew members in a team-focused environment with clear direction, steady work, and the opportunity to build long-term field installation experience. This position offers a supportive crew setting, active workdays, and a path for reliable workers who are ready to show strong attendance, effort, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Assist with feeding plastic tubing from a reel in the bed of a work truck to a supervisor or lead employee positioned approximately 40 feet away. Guide, pull, carry, and manage tubing to help keep materials moving smoothly and safely during installation work. Rotate tasks with other crew members, including feeding, guiding, and handling materials throughout the shift. Follow directions from the supervisor or lead employee while maintaining safe work practices. Support the field crew with general labor duties as needed to complete the project. Work outdoors in an active, physical environment for extended periods.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$15.45 to $24.00 per hour.
