Position Overview The Driver is responsible for ensuring materials are picked up and delivered on time, assisting crews on-site, managing job site safety and cleanliness, dumping of material and maintaining strong communication between the office, suppliers, and customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed Conduct quality control checks throughout projects Drive dump trailer to and from clients homes to dispose of roofing material Communicate with suppliers and coordinate material pick-ups/returns Support field teams with logistics and troubleshooting Take before-and-after job photos and report progress to management Maintain company vehicles and equipment in clean, working condition Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with homeowners or clients Qualifications 1+ years of roofing or construction experience preferred Experience driving a truck with a 14' dump trailer Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety practices a plus Excellent communication and time management skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
