Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment around the worksite Perform general cleanup tasks to maintain a safe, organized, and tidy environment Support team members in setting up tools, equipment, and work areas for various projects Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations Help with basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues needing attention Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment Prior experience in general labor or related roles is a plus but not required Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role Join us in building something great!
