In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing workflows. Your energy and attention to detail will help drive continuous improvement and uphold our high safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to quality and safety. Duties Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, ensuring safe transport within the manufacturing facility Operate power tools and hand tools for mechanical assembly, equipment setup, and routine maintenance tasks Use measuring instruments accurately to verify dimensions and ensure components meet specifications Interpret technical drawings and production documents to support assembly line operations Manage and organize materials using forklifts, ensuring proper storage and retrieval in compliance with safety protocols Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions Follow safety standards rigorously, including adherence to safety protocols during all manual handling and mechanical tasks Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable Hands-on experience with forklift operation and certification preferred Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and production documentation interpretation Mechanical knowledge, including understanding of mechanical assembly and use of technical drawings Experience working on assembly lines or in production environments with lean manufacturing principles Ability to operate power tools, measuring instruments, and hand tools safely and effectively Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including heavy lifting procedures and safety protocol adherence
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
