Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (monthly short weekend shift once trained) About Us 5th Period LLC is a licensed cannabis cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing company based in San Diego. We operate one of the largest indoor grow facilities in California, producing top-quality cannabis from seed to sale. Our team works hard, learns every day, and takes pride in growing healthy plants. About the Role We're hiring a Veg Department Laborer to help care for young cannabis plants and prepare them for cultivation. This hands-on role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with plants or has experience in landscaping, nursery, or agriculture. No experience required — we'll provide full, paid training. Responsibilities Care for and organize over 4,000 plants Maintain healthy mother plants for clone harvests Transplant, water, and feed plants Mix nutrients and follow plant care instructions Keep tools and grow rooms clean and sanitized Monitor for pests or plant issues Record tags and plant info for compliance Requirements Must be 21+ (required by law) Resume required for consideration Dependable, on time, and ready to learn Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet What We Offer $18.50 - $22.00/hour Paid on-the-job training Consistent weekday schedule Friendly, professional work environment Growth opportunities within the company Some paid holidays off How to Apply Please submit your resume to be considered.
