Job Description

Prepare sites by digging, grading, and clearing dirt or old materials. Install hardscapes like pavers, flagstone, block walls, and patios. Operate tools including plate compactors, masonry saws, transits, and hand tools. Mix and pour concrete, mortar, or base aggregates. Load and unload heavy stones, blocks, tools, and supplies. Clean work sites daily and maintain equipment. Requirements and Skills Physical strength to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long hours. Outdoor stamina to work in hot, cold, or rainy weather. Basic math and measurement skills for level cuts and alignment. Team player who follows directions from a crew leader or foreman. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
Pay:
$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
