General (LABOR) /

Laborers and Helpers Role Description:

General laborer is responsible for working as part of a crew and promptly carrying out tasks as they are assigned by the supervisor. This is a versatile role which may consist of many different scopes of work including underground and overhead electrical, signing, tolling, ITS, maintenance of traffic, grading, and earthwork.

Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Setting forms, carrying material, stripping forms, placing concrete, cleaning tools/forms/site. Assisting foremen and carpenters. Following all company safety protocols and procedures Abide by company cell phone use policy at all times while working Display working knowledge of New Employee Tool List (Laborer). Employees are expected to care for and maintain tools as needed to preserve a complete toolset at all times. Employees shall conduct themself in a positive and respectful manner when interacting with the client, the public, and within the company. Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Current valid Driver's License (Required) Punctuality Ability to work as part of a team to complete a given task Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in varied climates

Working Environment:
