Regional Delivery Driver & Helper - Montana Routes Flight Logistics is hiring Drivers and Helpers for our established regional delivery operation servicing long-distance Montana/Wyoming routes. This position is designed around approximately two regional routes per week , with strong weekly earning potential and time at home between completed routes. Typical Earnings Approximately $535-$650 per route per Worker Workers completing two routes per week typically earn approximately: $1,070-$1,300 per week Schedule Routes are scheduled for up to three days. However, experienced and efficient crews can often complete the delivery route and return home late on the second day. When the route is completed early, the scheduled third day becomes time off. A typical week may look like: Route 1 → Travel/deliver → Finish and return home → Day off Route 2 → Travel/deliver → Finish and return home → Day off Some routes will require the full scheduled period, so applicants must be comfortable spending nights away from home. Responsibilities Operate as part of a two-person delivery team Complete long-distance delivery routes safely and efficiently Deliver boxes, furniture, appliances, or large home products Load and unload products Maintain professional customer service Protect customers' homes and merchandise Complete route paperwork and delivery documentation Communicate with dispatch throughout the route Driver Requirements Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Comfortable operating a box truck Ability to qualify under customer/contract requirements Box-truck, moving, furniture, appliance, or delivery experience preferred Helper Requirements Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving heavy products Dependable attendance Comfortable traveling overnight Delivery, warehouse, moving, appliance, or furniture experience preferred Please understand the lifestyle before applying. This position involves regular overnight travel to Montana from Idaho. Return days can occasionally be long. The advantage is that efficient crews can frequently complete a three-day scheduled route in approximately two days, return home, and have the remaining scheduled day off while still receiving strong route-based compensation. We are looking for people who prefer earning strong weekly income through several demanding workdays rather than working a traditional Monday-Friday schedule.
