Job Description
Responsibilities ✅ Learn to frame the "BLU-D Way" ✅ Follow instructions precisely. ✅ Safely & accurately measure and mark materials and use saws & other cutting tools effectively. ✅ Understand basic framing methods. ✅ Proper use of nails, screws, & other fasteners; learn, follow & demonstrate proper nailing patterns per drawings; know when & where to use different types of fasteners. ✅ Own jobsite safety: Follow OSHA protocols. Qualifications Apprentice 1: 0-1 years experience - understands & follows instructions precisely. Apprentice 2: 1-2 years experience - focus on achieving higher accuracy and continually refining your skills. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards .
