Appliance Repair Technician - Paid Training Making Mends LLC - Rexburg, ID Full-Time | Year-Round | $10-25/hour starting, depending on experience and performance Learn a Skilled Trade With a Growing Local Company Making Mends LLC is a growing local appliance repair company serving Rexburg and the surrounding area. We're looking for someone who is handy, mechanically inclined, dependable, and good at figuring things out who wants to learn a valuable skilled trade. No appliance repair experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on experience, and the tools you need to develop into an independent appliance repair technician. If you already have appliance repair experience, we hire experienced technicians too and can offer a higher starting rate based on your skills and experience. What You'll Do Learn to diagnose and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, and dishwashers Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems Install replacement parts and verify proper operation Communicate professionally with customers Document repairs, parts used, and service information Progress toward managing your own route and service calls independently Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Compensation $10-25/hour depending on experience, skill, and performance Your starting rate will depend on your existing skills and experience, with opportunities for increases as you demonstrate proficiency.
