Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products throughout the production line. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to support assembly, mechanical tasks, and equipment maintenance. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and manufacturing standards are met. Manage forklift operations for material movement within the warehouse or factory floor, adhering strictly to safety protocols. Follow safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance manufacturing flow. Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes, quality checks, and inventory management. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with forklift operation and warehouse management is a strong advantage. Familiarity with manufacturing management principles, lean manufacturing practices, and safety standards in production environments. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, use measuring instruments, and operate power tools effectively. Experience with mechanical assembly, technical proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, and understanding of process improvement techniques. Previous work involving manual handling, heavy lifting, or managing production or assembly teams is beneficial.
