Job Description

Field Technician - Travel the country! Best Technology Systems, Inc. is a leading specialist in bullet trap & shooting range maintenance. We are based in Plainfield IL, but we travel and service traps all over the country. BTS is growing and looking for individuals who love to travel & can join our Range Maintenance Team!
NO EXPERIENCE
necessary. We will train you to maintain, service and clean shooting ranges for the police and military. We are looking for hardworking, punctual and reliable employees for full-time work.

  • Per diem allowance and paid travel time Must be able to:
  • Travel. We fly and drive all over the country
  • Pass a background check, DMV check and Drug screening
  • Speak, understand and write in English
  • Wear protective clothing & a respirator when near lead dust & in range decontamination
  • Lift and carry heavy objects (60 lbs or more)
  • Have a reliable car and drivers license, able to drive company trucks
  • Learn quickly and be dependable to your team
  • Complete and submit appropriate paperwork as directed
  • Welding or mechanically inclined a plus!
The right candidate can advance to a higher paid Field Supervisor position with paid time off in as little as 6 months.
