Job Description
Job Overview Join our team as a Yard Laborer and become an important part of our operations! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement, handling, and organization of materials within our yard and warehouse environment. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth shipping and receiving processes and accurate inventory management. Responsibilities Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety standards. Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill shipping requests accurately and efficiently. Operate forklifts safely following OSHA guidelines. Manage inventory by organizing stock in the yard and warehouse, conducting regular stock counts, and updating records. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and ensuring proper documentation. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting to move materials within the yard or warehouse. Maintain safety protocols at all times by following OSHA regulations, conducting routine safety checks, and reporting hazards promptly. Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
