No specific dress code is required for this position. This position requires heavy lifting and moving event equipment and materials. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Must be comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving equipment. We are looking for Layout Workers to assist with the setup and preparation of the Universoul Circus event . Workers will help the event team prepare the venue and ensure everything is properly set up before the event begins.

Responsibilities:

Set up and take down tents and event equipment. Lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials. Assist with arranging and preparing the event area. Help the event crew with general setup tasks. Move and position equipment and materials as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and event staff. Keep the work area organized and safe. Assist with other event setup duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous event setup, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required . Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items. Able to perform physical tasks for extended periods. Reliable and willing to work as part of a team. Able to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay Rate $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
