Crown Staffing is currently seeking experienced General Laborers to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Marlette, MI.

Job Overview and Requirements:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available, Monday-Friday, and weekends as needed 1st shift: (6:00 AM-2:00 PM)- $15.00/hour 2nd shift: (2:00 PM-10:00 PM)- $15.50/hour 3rd shift: (10:00 PM-6:00 AM)- $16.00/hour

ENGLISH LANGUAGE NOT REQUIRED

Know and understand all work, safety, and quality instructions for his/her job or area as assigned Performs job assignment proficiently per work instruction Complete any rework, repair, or scrapping of product as needed per the work instructions for their job assignment Complete all quality checks on the product as outline in work instructions, quality alerts and any visual aids available Follow the quality process when suspect material is found Communicate with the Line Leader and Supervisor to inform on any problems in their area relating to maintenance, quality, and/or safety Initiate, suggest and engage in problem solving suggestions for process improvements Works well as a team member Keep areas clean, organized, and items are put in proper places when finished Work in a safe manner, utilizing all proper safety equipment and training Report unsafe conditions to Supervisor Ensure compliance with the Environmental Policy and procedures. Proper waste disposal and recycling As a condition of employment it is expected that the employee works their scheduled hours, is at the work station on time and prepared to work at the start of their shift
