Custom Applicator & Ag Laborer Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative in Plainview, MN is seeking a Custom Applicator & Ag Laborer to support local producers with safe, accurate field operations. In this hands-on role, you will operate custom application equipment to apply fertilizer and crop protection products, assist with loading, hauling, and grain handling, and perform basic equipment maintenance. You'll follow agronomic recommendations and safety standards while maintaining accurate records. Working closely with member-owners, you'll be part of a community-focused, team-oriented cooperative with opportunities to grow in agronomy and operations.
