General Laborer Location:

Farmington, MO Pay:

Starting at $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with possible Saturday work. If scheduled on Saturday, one day off will be provided during the week . PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring General Laborers for a local party and event rental company in Farmington, MO. This is a hands-on position responsible for setting up and tearing down rental equipment for parties, weddings, festivals, corporate events, and community gatherings. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that helps create memorable events, this may be the perfect opportunity for you! Job Responsibilities Set up and tear down party tents, bounce houses, tables, chairs, inflatables, and other rental equipment Load and unload equipment from company vehicles Assist with deliveries and event setup at customer locations Secure tents and equipment safely according to company standards Inspect equipment for cleanliness and damage before and after events Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures while working on job sites Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds regularly Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physically demanding work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Work Environment Outdoor work environment Physical labor involving lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment Weekend and overtime hours may be available during busy seasons What We Offer Starting pay of $15.00 per hour Opportunity for overtime Steady, hands-on work Weekly Pay Full benefits package including 6% company match 401K options.
