Job Description
Position is open for part time or full time. Day shift only Monday thru Friday Pay starting at $15 a hour Assisting customers with unloading their scrap materials. Identifying ferrous and non-ferrous metals and grading accordingly. Prepping various metals through use of various tools and machines for processing. Maintaining an organized and safe work area for customers and employees. Operate heavy equipment such as a fork-lift (Training will be provided, if needed). Must adhere to all company safety and operation policy guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must be able to handle all weather environments. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs Previous experience with various equipment and hand tools. Knowledge of various ferrous & non-ferrous metals Torch experience beneficial but not required Team player with professional work ethics. Basic mathematical skills. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to demonstrate attendance dependability and consistency Fill out an application in person at Big Dog Recycling to be considered.
