Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Helper Appliance Installer to join our dynamic field service team. In this energetic role, you will assist in the delivery, setup, and installation of appliances at customer locations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure a seamless experience for our clients while supporting the lead installer with various technical tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in appliance repair, electrical work, and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the lead installer in delivering appliances to customer sites promptly and safely using company vehicles Help with unpacking, positioning, and installing appliances according to schematics and technical specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment troubleshooting techniques to support installation and repair tasks Follow electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical guidelines to ensure proper setup of appliances Maintain clear communication with customers to address questions or concerns during installation processes Support with assembly of appliances and equipment repair as needed Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues using ladder use, electrical experience, and equipment troubleshooting skills Requirements Prior experience with appliance installation, repair, or field service is highly preferred Knowledge of schematics, ladder use, electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and mechanical principles Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly Experience with appliance repair, electrical experience, assembly work, and equipment troubleshooting Familiarity with electrical work, plumbing systems, and refrigeration is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions using schematics and technical diagrams Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us in delivering exceptional service by assisting in the installation of essential appliances!
