Job Description

Job Overview Elevated is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our cultivation team as Cultivation Laborers. This is an entry level role focused on the hands on labor that keeps our cannabis operation clean, organized, and thriving. You'll support daily plant care, facility sanitation, and production preparation laying the foundation for a long term career in cannabis cultivation. If you're driven, detail oriented, and interested in building your skills, this role offers a clear growth path toward becoming a Tank Technician, a specialized position with expanded responsibilities in plant health, nutrition, and system maintenance.
MUST HAVE A CANNABIS CONTROL DIVISON BADAGE FOR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Responsibilities Arrive on time daily and maintain full shift attendance from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with appropriate breaks and lunch). Trim and structure vegetative plants per instruction, maintaining care and speed. Clean and sanitize tables, tools, fans, and workspaces according to schedule. Complete daily cleaning checklists and secure supervisor sign off. Support transplanting and new tank planting with attention to plant health. Assist with harvesting operations, including recording wet weights and preparing plants for drying. Wash and sanitize hydroton grow media and reusable baskets. Aid in netting and tending bloom plants under direction from the Production Supervisor. Follow proper procedures for attaching plant tags (METRC compliance). Scrub and reset vegetative and bloom tanks per company sanitation standards. Perform additional facility duties as assigned, including general upkeep and cleaning tasks. Maintain compliance with all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols. Qualifications and Requirements Current Cannabis Control Division Badge Required High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in repetitive tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including: Lifting up to 50 lbs. Standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift. Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
