Assist with manual handling tasks such as packaging, paper handling, and product moving to support production flow. Interpret production documents and work instructions accurately to ensure quality standards are met. Perform dimensional measurements and quality checks on finished products to verify specifications. Learn to conduct basic troubleshooting on machinery and mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Follow safety standards in production areas, adhering strictly to safety protocols and procedures. Support the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of industrial equipment to optimize machine performance. Requirements Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently. Basic math skills for measurements, counting, and quality assessments. Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for understanding machine operation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and commitment to safety protocol adherence. Willingness to learn about non-woven manufacturing and packaging techniques.
