Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Those with Disabilities are encouraged to apply! Duties Perform tree trimming to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear. Engage in groundskeeping activities to uphold the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, edging, and fertilizing as needed. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Willingness to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
