In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting various operations on the factory floor. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure smooth workflows, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working alongside experienced professionals committed to excellence. Duties Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products to ensure efficient movement within the facility Operate power tools and hand tools safely for mechanical assembly and equipment maintenance tasks Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to support assembly line operations and quality checks Manage inventory by utilizing forklift equipment, ensuring proper placement and retrieval of materials in designated areas Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment, including adherence to safety standards in production and lean manufacturing principles Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions for workflow enhancement Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, manage assembly line tasks, and uphold manufacturing management standards Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with production environments and safety practices Proficiency in operating forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments is essential Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents accurately Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in mechanical assembly or technical proficiency is advantageous Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and manual tasks throughout shifts Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and lean manufacturing practices Excellent teamwork skills with experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
