They are responsible for the general organization and maintenance of the yard as well as loading and unloading trucks on a daily basis.
Basic job functions:
Safely operate skid steer or other loaders to transport stone to designated areas. Load and unload delivery trucks. Lifting, carrying and packaging stone orders up to 80+ lbs. Maintains tools and workspace. Cleans and organizes shop and yard daily. Successful candidates will be responsible for packing and preparing orders then safely transporting them to the appropriate holding areas. Performing quality checks while loading and unloading trucks is essential. Maintaining a clean shop and yard area to ensure maximum organization and efficiency is also important to the daily operations of this position.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements:
Able to lift up to 80 lbs. Standing, walking, sitting and working outside for long periods of time. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and task management skills. Valid Driver's license. Clean Driving Record.
