Weekly We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Kitchen & Driver Helper to join our commissary team in Long Island City. This position supports both our delivery operations and kitchen production. Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading and unloading the delivery van Organize and safely transport products and supplies Use a hand truck to move heavy items Assist with deliveries to store locations as needed Pack and organize food, beverages, and other items for distribution Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen production Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen, storage, and loading areas Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures Complete other kitchen and delivery-support duties as assigned Requirements Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to safely operate a hand truck Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift Comfortable working in refrigerated kitchens, delivery vans, and store environments Available to work from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM Must be available to work at least one weekend day Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Previous kitchen, warehouse, delivery-helper, or food-preparation experience is preferred but not required Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) program with company match Commuter benefits One free juice or smoothie during every shift Company-provided uniforms, including gloves, shirts, hats, and jackets Please note that our commissary kitchen, delivery vans, and store locations are refrigerated.
