Position Overview The Retail Agriculture Laborer role supports daily shop operations, equipment upkeep, and seasonal fertilizer tender driving. Responsibilities and wages will vary based on your skill set , experience , and areas of interest . Core Responsibilities Shop & Equipment Support — Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and general shop tasks. Basic mechanical knowledge is required. Seasonal Tender Truck Operation — In spring and fall, operate liquid or dry fertilizer tender trucks. A CDL is not required , but is considered a plus. General Labor & Support — Help with day‑to‑day tasks around the facility as needed. Schedule & Work Expectations Seasonal Overtime — Spring and fall require extended hours, including some weekends. Flexibility is essential, as schedules depend heavily on weather. Year‑Round Stability — Outside of peak seasons, the position is typically Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week .
