Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move raw materials and finished goods within the facility. Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and process instructions to support production activities. Conduct manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to transport materials and components throughout the factory floor. Support process improvement initiatives by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols in all tasks. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety standards in production environments. Collaborate with team members and management to meet production targets while ensuring quality control and safety compliance. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly and the use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and measurement data accurately. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience, including assembly line work and process improvement projects. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including manual handling safety protocols. Competence in using measuring instruments for quality checks and precision assembly tasks.
