You'll play a vital part in maintaining safety standards, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, including forklifts and power tools, ensuring optimal performance. Handle materials manually and with forklifts, moving parts and raw materials safely throughout the facility. Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings or production documents to support assembly and quality checks. Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools, following safety protocols and process instructions. Support the assembly line by managing parts supply, organizing workstations, and ensuring timely completion of production tasks. Conduct routine safety inspections, adhere to safety standards in production environments, and promote a culture of safety protocol adherence. Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance manufacturing flow. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with warehouse procedures is preferred. Metal working such as grinding, polishing, saw cutting, bending, powder coating Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools for assembly or maintenance tasks. Experience working on managing production tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of manufacturing principles, safety standards in production environments Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards.
