We are currently seeking a couple of full-time Water Well Service Techs, field hands, and CDL Drivers to join our team. These positions involve a combination of technical expertise and driving responsibilities. While prior experience is not required, it is recommended. We are willing to train the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred by not required)
• must have a clean drivng record
• reliable transportation to and from work
• ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• physically fit, must be able to lift 100 lbs regularly
• must be able to use a shovel
• strong work ethic & reliability
• willingness to learn and follow instructions
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• strong communication skills
• operate company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job site
• follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
