Job Description
Southern Oregon Sanitation , in Grants Pass, OR is looking for a Part-Time Container Washer to join the team in Grants Pass, OR ! . Starting Pay $19.00/ hour .
Part-Time:
Up to 24hrs/ per week.
Create Your Own Flexible Schedule:
Monday - Saturday | 8:00am-5:00pm .
Drug and Alcohol testing:
Subject to pre-employment drug testing and random selection drug and alcohol testing per DOT requirements and Company policy. .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Power washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins and containers Maintaining an organized yard and inventory tracking Manual labor including paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable. Working outside in all weather conditions. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. .
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. .
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18years of age Must pass pre-employment 5-pannel Drug Screen & Background Check . (Required) Have reliable transportation Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company's safety standards; work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness. Ability to safely operate a power washer and other hand tools as required. Ability to adhere to work schedule communicated and agreed upon. Driver's License preferred, but not required. .
