Laborer Job Description We are looking for a full-time water technician/laborer to start immediately.

Hours:

Hours would be 7:30-3:30, Monday-Friday. Some overtime may be available.

$17-$23 per hour

Benefits:

Overtime is paid over 40 hours. Health insurance reimbursement plan, Paid time off, and quarterly bonuses. We do Not offer health insurance or retirement at this time.

Description:

We are a small bulk water hauling company that primarily hires CDL drivers to deliver water to people's homes. We also rent out plastic tanks and plumb those tanks into customers' homes. This setup provides water for customers whose wells have gone dry. We are looking for a laborer with basic plumbing knowledge to install the tanks as needed. Maintenance, and pickup, and organization of those tanks and supplies will also be required. When not busy with this, you may help with minor mechanical work. Other responsibilities include cleaning and organizing shop, parts pickup and delivery, plowing, snow shoveling, weed wacking, and other laborer tasks as needed.

Skills:

• MUST have Basic Plumbing knowledge and skills
• Must be able to perform physical work for entire shift (lift 50lbs, walking, climbing, crawling, kneeling, lifting, twisting, etc.)
• Basic Mechanical knowledge and skills a benefit but not required
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
• Ability to take direction and work independently to complete work
• Able to work well with others
• Computer and technology proficiency a plus but not required
• Forklift, snow plowing, & vehicle lift experience, all things that are a plus not required.

Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to work. Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs, twist, crawl, kneel, walk, etc. Job offer is contingent upon passing a background check and drivers license check.
