This role involves safely transporting mattresses and adjustable bases to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires physical strength, stamina, and a positive attitude to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading heavy items. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company, with opportunities for future advancement. Responsibilities Meet at the warehouse promptly at 7:30 am daily to begin the workday. Safely load mattresses and adjustable bases into the box truck, ensuring secure placement for transport. Drive the truck along designated routes to deliver products to customers or job sites. Assist with unloading and setting up items at delivery locations as needed. Manage overnight trips by staying in various cities to complete routes on subsequent days. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Demonstrate physical strength and stamina by lifting heavy items up to 250 lbs regularly. Exhibit a reliable, positive attitude while being consistent, punctual, and professional throughout all tasks. Be willing to learn and take on future opportunities within the company. Experience Prior experience in driving box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Physical capability to lift heavy items repeatedly with proper technique. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
