Wash Bay Attendant Tims Ford Powersports — Winchester, TN Tims Ford Powersports is looking for a dependable, hardworking Wash Bay Attendant to join our team. This is a hands-on position responsible for cleaning, detailing, moving, and preparing boats, personal watercraft, and other powersports units for customer delivery, display, service, and storage. During the fall and winter off-season, the Wash Bay Attendant will also assist with our boat shrink-wrapping and storage preparation operations . This is an important part of the position and requires someone who is comfortable performing physical, repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail. Responsibilities Wash, clean, and detail boats, PWCs, and other marine and powersports units. Prepare units for customer delivery and ensure they meet dealership presentation standards. Assist with shrink-wrapping boats during the off-season , including preparing units, applying shrink-wrap, and properly securing boats for storage. Move and position boats, trailers, PWCs, and other units around the dealership property. Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and organizing units. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay and work area. Properly care for and maintain wash bay equipment, tools, and supplies. Assist other departments with general dealership tasks as needed. Follow dealership safety procedures and instructions from management. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule & Availability Saturday Work:

This position regularly works on Saturdays as part of the dealership's normal operating schedule. Applicants must be available and willing to work Saturdays.

Seasonal Schedule:

During certain peak periods of the year, business demands will require a 6-day workweek . Applicants should be prepared to work six days per week during these seasonal periods. Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality are an absolute must have. Must be available and willing to work Saturdays. Must be willing to work a 6-day schedule during seasonal peak periods when required. Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on physical work. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Attention to detail and pride in the quality of completed work. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Previous experience in marine, powersports, detailing, construction, landscaping, or other hands-on work is a plus, but not required . Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment is preferred.
