$21-$23 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Dallas. This position is primarily responsible for supporting daily production activities, material movement, assembly, packaging, and general warehouse operations while ensuring products are manufactured and prepared for shipment safely and efficiently. In addition to production responsibilities, this role will periodically operate a company box van to complete local customer deliveries, supplier pickups, and transfers between facilities as required. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required; no CDL is necessary. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in producing quality work, and is willing to support multiple areas of the operation. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Manufacturing Assist with the assembly, fabrication, and preparation of manufactured products. Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently. Read work orders and follow production specifications. Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow standard operating procedures. Assist in meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Material Handling & Warehouse Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished goods. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities. Pick and stage materials for production and customer orders. Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and stock replenishment. Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training/certification provided if required). Maintain accurate inventory through proper material handling practices. Local Delivery & Transportation Operate a company box van or cube van for local deliveries and pickups. Transport finished products, raw materials, and supplies safely between customers, vendors, and company locations. Verify delivery paperwork and ensure order accuracy. Load and unload the vehicle while protecting products from damage. Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean driving record and follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling is preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience operating a box van or cube van is preferred. Forklift experience is an asset. Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory software experience is beneficial. Ability to read work instructions and follow established procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is considered an asset. Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (required for insurance purposes).
