Loader Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Loader to join our nursery team. This is an outdoor, year-round position that involves working with customers, handling plant material and bagged goods, and keeping our nursery stocked and organized. Responsibilities Assist customers with loading plants, bagged goods, and other materials. Safely lift and move heavy items throughout the nursery. Load customer vehicles and assist with product handling. Restock plants, bagged goods, and other materials as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Provide friendly and helpful customer service. Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including the North Texas heat. Perform other general nursery and yard duties as needed. Qualifications Reliable and dependable. Comfortable working outdoors year-round. Able to lift and move heavy items. Positive attitude and willingness to help customers and team members. Good communication and customer service skills. Weekend availability required. Previous nursery, landscaping, or outdoor work experience is a plus, but not required.
