The position of Plant Laborer will be tasked with performing multiple duties in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a safety-first attitude.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical. Must be able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document. Report to work at the designated start time. Have a valid Driver's License. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

Most time is spent outdoors. Assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions, heat, cold, wet or dry. May have exposure to dust, sand, gravel, lubricants, solvents, etc. Work area may be have noise levels up to 90 dbs. Work areas require personal protective equipment such as, hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, high visibility vest or shirt, and hearing protection.

Job Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing at times. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be comfortable with heights. Must have hand-eye coordination and vision to safely operate mobile equipment. Ability to read and interpret gauges and use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, grease guns, etc. Will be required to lift up to 50+ lbs. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, employees and managers. Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form. Ability to read, write and do simple mathematics.
