Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Snow Removal Technician or Snow Removal Company/Team to provide snow removal services for 3 apartment communities. This role is essential for ensuring safe and accessible properties during winter months by efficiently removing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and parking lots. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various tools and snow removal equipment. The Snow Removal Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties during inclement weather. Responsibilities Must have snow plow, blowers, snow removal equipment and ice melt to sevice property Must be on-call 24/7 during snow removal season Dec-April Must submit before and after photos each service day to confirm services rendered Operate snow plowing equipment including trucks, snow blowers, and skid steers with precision and safety. Use hand tools and power tools for manual snow removal in areas difficult to access with machinery. Perform ice management tasks such as applying salt or de-icing agents to prevent slips and falls. Follow safety protocols at all times while working outdoors in winter conditions and around heavy machinery. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal services across multiple properties. Experience Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods is required. Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to operate machinery responsibly are essential qualities for success in this contract. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
