Per Hr Description:

This is a contract position located onsite in a regional description, requiring disinfecting and sanitizing expertise. The role involves cleaning and maintaining air handling units and requires knowledge of safety precautions. You'll be working during specific hours, Monday through Friday, in a potentially hazardous environment. Key Responsibilities Disinfect and sanitize air handler chamber walls, floors, and ceilings. Replace pre-filter and main filters exposed to pollen, dust, and debris. Work from ladders to access hard-to-reach places. Ensure compliance with safety standards and precautions in hazardous work areas. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspaces. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in cleaning hard-to-reach places. Ability to work in uncomfortable positions and lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of safety precautions in hazardous work areas. Capable of working with disposable rubber gloves, safety glasses, and N95 masks. Required to wear safety and non-slip shoes.
