Candidate Source is hiring Driver Helpers for a growing appliance supplier in Richmond, VA. In this full-time role, you'll help deliver and install washers and dryers at customer locations while providing professional service and supporting efficient daily operations. This position requires a valid driver's license in good standing. Schedule & Pay $20.00 per hour Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required. Overnight travel may be required on occasion. What You'll Do Deliver and install washers and dryers at residential and commercial properties. Remove existing appliances and transport them back to the warehouse for servicing or disposal. Perform minor repairs and ensure installed units are functioning properly. Load and unload appliances for daily deliveries. Use hand tools and basic wiring skills during installations. Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout the delivery and installation process. Follow all safety procedures while driving, moving, and installing appliances. Accurately document installations, repairs, and customer interactions. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move appliances weighing up to 185 pounds. Familiarity with hand tools and basic wiring. Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform minor repairs. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. The Work Environment This is a physically demanding position that combines warehouse, delivery, and installation work. You'll regularly lift and move large appliances, work at customer locations, and use hand tools to complete installations and minor repairs while following established safety procedures. #IND26
