EVENT INSTALLERS

(YEAR-ROUND) Green Bay Expo Services is hiring full-time, year-round team members to join our growing operations team. This is not just a job. This is a hands-on trade with real career growth and advancement opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Set up and tear down tents, stages, and event equipment Work on projects ranging from backyard events to large-scale installations Load and unload trucks and maintain equipment Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally

PAY AND CAREER GROWTH

Starting Pay:

$15-$20/hour (based on experience)

Growth Potential:

$25-$32+/hour Raises based on performance, skill development, and leadership Clear path to Crew Lead / Foreman and Senior Project Lead roles
