Job Description

Diamond Assets is now hiring Seasonal Driver Helpers! This is a great opportunity to earn extra money while gaining valuable work experience and traveling to customer locations across the United States. The Driver Helper position is a key component to the organization's success. The ideal candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, and organized. This candidate must have a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. This role requires frequent travel, including some overnight stays. Driver Helpers work alongside Non-CDL Drivers to provide an excellent customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities Perform off-site pick-up services at customer locations Package computer devices into boxes and gaylords Secure product for shipping, including palletizing and shrink wrapping Travel to customer locations, including flights for nationwide service Stay overnight in hotels when required for travel assignments Load pallets onto lift-gate trucks using a pallet jack Complete all necessary documentation at customer sites Address customer questions and provide excellent customer service at pick-up locations Assist with delivery of product to local vendors Work effectively as part of a team Drive company vehicles within the state of Wisconsin Work in the warehouse when not assigned to pick-ups Key Skills & Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must hold a valid driver's license Must complete a physical Must successfully complete a background check Must be able to provide a clean motor vehicle record upon job offer Must have an open and flexible schedule for pickup dates Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to travel and stay overnight when required Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
