SUMMARY OF ROLE
Supports Company operations by performing all tasks at the customers home/work site as determined in the scope of work, which includes our barrier spray service. These duties and necessary functions are to be performed safely, professionally and in a timely manner to meet our customer expectations and provide excellent customer service. Our season runs from Late April to Late September.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES, including but not limited to: Communicates with Homeowner/Client upon arrival at work site, to briefly explain/confirm the scope of work to be performed and estimated length of time to complete tasks. Properly use the equipment to apply treatment according to schedule, client needs, safety and best practice procedures. Clean and perform maintenance on all Company tools and equipment used daily on work sites according to equipment manual. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Notify management of any vehicle accidents, malfunctions or damages. Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents, forms or reports. Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly informs Operations Manager or Franchise Owner concerning injury, issues/disputes with homeowner/Client, damage to company tools/equipment. Perform other duties that may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School degree or equivalent and/or Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service related industry. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to successfully pass a background check, including a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and other pre-employment screening.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift & carry a 55 lb. backpack blower over wooded and uneven terrain. Frequently move the whole body to perform tasks such as, lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling the handling of materials. Stand or walk for periods of time. Stoop, kneel, crouch in awkward positions. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
