The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate is a key part of Sonic Tools' core Operations. In this role, you will assist with inbound and outbound freight shipments, restocking inventory, and contribute to maintaining an efficient warehouse operation. This role is a hands-on, fast-paced position that is perfect for someone looking to find a career with a rapidly expanding company. Attention to detail, organization, and efficiency are key aspects of the role.

• Pick, pack & ship freight orders in a timely and accurate manner
• QC outgoing shipments to ensure items and packaging meet Sonic's standards
• Unload inbound container shipments and put stock away
• Restock inventory in default locations
• Help other operational team members as needed
• Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for efficiency
• Communicate any issues or delays with the Sales Operations team
• Suggest shipping, receiving, or inventory improvements

Must have experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and warehouse operations. Must be comfortable picking inventory, processing orders, using shipping software, and using label printers. Must have the ability to lift and move packages up to 70lbs. As part of the Operational team, you play an integral part in ensuring our high standards for creating a positive customer experience are met. Therefore, organization and strong attention to detail are imperative.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
