What You'll Do Communicate daily with crews working across multiple job sites to understand material needs Build and maintain materials lists for active and upcoming jobs Place orders with vendors, primarily Lowe's, along with other suppliers as needed Compare pricing across a variety of vendors to find the best cost on materials Coordinate same-day and scheduled deliveries to job sites Personally pick up and deliver materials as needed using a truck and dump trailer Track and process returns, keeping up with materials on job sites that need to go back to vendors Maintain inventory of in-house materials kept in the storage unit, and manage stock levels so materials are available when crews need them Track orders and follow up on delays, backorders, or issues Keep accurate records of purchases, deliveries, returns, and inventory Work on-site alongside the construction crew during periods when material coordination isn't needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license, required Comfortable and capable driving a truck and dump trailer (Non-CDL) Willing and able to perform general construction labor when not handling materials logistics Strong communication skills — comfortable coordinating with multiple crews and vendors at once Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple job sites, material lists, and inventory Self-starter who can problem-solve on the fly (e.g., sourcing materials same-day) Basic knowledge of construction materials is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
